Fish-Skull Crawbody

The Fish-Skull CrawBody is meant to represent the shell of a crawfish. It is very realistic and is available in colors that mimic natural crawfish quite well. The material is a synthetic suede that is lightweight for easy tying. Many tyers like to draw realistic-looking color markings onto this material to get the perfect imitation. The small size is designed for #8 or #6 streamer (4XL) hooks and the medium size matches with #4 or #2 streamer (4XL) streamer hooks tied upside down. Large fits hook sizes #1 and #2, and extra-large fits sizes #1 and 2/0. Flies can be weighted with lead wire, dumbbell eyes, or, for the medium Crawbody, a small size Sculpin Head. 8 pieces per package.
