J3 Coating, Clear Tip - Royal Wulff's J3 Coating causes the line to float higher, shoot farther, and repel water for ultimate performance. The slick coating has a 'dry feel' which helps minimize friction through the guides and increases the life of the line. The line's durability and dirt-repelling capabilities can also be attributed to this coating. The intermediate tip version of this line comes in a Clear/Tropic Blue color scheme for enhanced stealth on the tropical saltwater flats. This tip sinks at 1.5-2 inches per second.

Unlike any other line, it features a continuous front taper, which means the heaviest part of the head is at the rear and the lightest is in the forward part of the line.
